A Glimpse of Heaven with the Villatoro Family

I had the privilege of visiting with Walter Villatoro, his wife Carmen and their family in the Guatemala highlands and hearing their story of how clean water from the Living Waters for the World system at their church has changed their lives.

As they gave thanks to God for their many blessings, I shared that if my kids were here they would be instantly playing with their kids and grandkids with not a thought among them of the walls that divide us from one another. Carmen lifted her hands and said with a big smile, "That's how it will be in heaven!"

I was blessed to spend time with this wonderful family and to be welcomed as a brother.

Beberlyn, age 23, told me about the common sicknesses that affected children at her school before her community had an LWW water system.

"The problems that I have seen here in my community are that the children were sick with a lot of diarrhea. They had stomachache. Sometimes they got sick with hepatitis, because the water that is not purified causes a lot of illnesses. Like my mom said this water system helped us a lot because this is clean and purified water."

The Villatoro family keeps clean water at home for drinking and cooking, and caring for young Priscila.

Priscila rests full, healthy, and satisfied. Her formula is made with water from the Living Waters for the World water system.
