An El Salvador Milestone

In June, our newly formed "Salvadorans Helping Salvadorans" team, comprised of leaders of existing operating partners, completed their first fully in‑country water system installation. The community of Sesori welcomed them warmly, and the team carried the project from start to finish with skill and care.

This installation has been years in the making. It reflects the steady investment in training local leaders who can support communities across the country. Seeing this team step forward — and succeed — is a meaningful sign of what sustainable, locally led clean‑water ministry can look like.
The system is now up and running, providing safe water for students and families. The celebration that followed was simple and full of gratitude as community members gathered to mark the moment.
We celebrate how this team is growing into their role and by the trust they’re building with communities like Sesori. It’s a glimpse of the long‑term impact your support makes possible.
Thank you for helping create the conditions where this kind of leadership can flourish. Your generosity continues to strengthen local capacity and expand access to clean water in ways that last.
