Guatemala Mission Partnership Holds Virtual Fundraiser
On Saturday, Nov. 7, the Guatemala Mission Partnership (GMP) held its first ever virtual fundraiser by creating a fundraising video that premiered on YouTube.
The fundraising team did a lot of advanced planning to make this happen: researching best practices, recording and editing the video, and updating their website and Facebook page. They spread the word several ways: an online event and email marketing campaign through their website, their new YouTube Channel, and their Facebook page.

Commitment to operating a water purification system and health education program
Desire to serve their community over the long-term
LWW water teams covenant with their partner communities for a minimum three-year period over which they travel at least 4 times to visit with with their partners. Living Waters for the World comes alongside partners working within our international networks to offer support throughout the life of their covenant. .
Whether you choose to start a new water partnership or a sustaining water partnership, your mission project has the potential to have a life-changing impact.
Two years ago we installed our first system in Sabana Larga, Dominican Republic. Without follow-up it was destined to fail. With much work tailored to their specific needs, the water system operating partner is currently producing and delivering 4,500 gallons per week and estimated to go to 6,000 gallons per week by year's end. We thought we would have had three systems installed by now. Initiating Partners need to know that this is not an easy project, but it is very satisfying when it works.
