Trip Reporting

A critical part of a LWW trip is reporting on what happened. By sharing the experiences of your team you make it possible for accurate and up-to-date record keeping, and allow others to learn from your experiences.

For some time now, the LWW website has supported an online form that allowed you to type in a verbal report of your trip and submit it as an email to the volunteer LWW staff. That information was then transcribed into a record in a database which was used to display the table of current installations accessible by the Installations button on the right.

As the number of installations has increased, it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with entering Trip Report information into the database. For this reason, we decided to reformat the database and put a shiny new interface on it.The Status Of Projects (SOP) Database went online earlier this year and is now open and ready for business. This lets you interact directly with the data and avoid the middleman. It also will hopefully allow our trip information to stay current and accurate even as our project count continues to grow.

You can learn more about the SOP Database and how to use it here.

Do you know your username and password?
If so, you can log in to the SOP Database here.

Or you can still use the old Online Trip Report by clicking here.

NOTE: The email version of the Online Trip Report will be discontinued before the September 2008 Clean Water U courses. Take the opportunity now to become comfortable with this new way to control your own Trip Report information.
